Provided no follow up concerning an adverse reaction to an injection even though I called and sent message. When I looked at my medical record trying to discover what may have caused it, there was nothing even mentioned about an injection which I now know contained an opioid of which I am very allergic. This is also indicated on my records. What was on my appointment record was that I was to make a presurgery appointment.
