Unfortunately I can’t recommend using Allen. I attempted to hire Allen’s and their team members are less that polite or professional. As a client I do not expect to be catered to but, I also don’t expect to be treated poorly or disrespectfully. There are plenty of reasons ther landscapers who also have an employees who value client relations and customer service.
Fast service, great communication and reasonable prices.
We tried several other companies before Allen Lawn Care. We are extremely happy with the results of our lawn. You can literally see the difference between our dark lush lawn compared to our neighbors. We have been with them many years and plan on staying with them.
The Team at Allen Lawn Care & Landscaping have turned each of the yards around, at the properties we have owned in Des Moines and Pleasant Hill. What I thought that I could do with the 'big box' lawncare regiment, on my own time - they continue to out-perform and maintain our lawn without worry, and the grass returns to a more healthy and lush turf, year-after-year! Allen Lawn Care has performed landscaping and lawn care for us for a number of years. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and their equipment is top notch!
