My family used Attorney Allen to prepare a trust. I cannot express enough how much I loved working with her. She does not look like a "typical" lawyer. She immediately put our family at ease. It made me feel that she would really understand our needs. She understood the intricate details of our family dynamic. She also was very reasonably priced compared to other attorneys that we called. I have even recommended others who have has a trust done by her. They were happy with her.

This is one of my first times writing a review. When I received the feedback survey from the law firm, I was impressed that they cared enough. to actually ask. A lot of firms do not seem to care anymore what we agents have to say. First, I will start with the beginning. The other agent chose to use them. I have closed several transactions with this law firm. Each time has been an easy process. Everyone is always very thorough and works hard to help navigate my complex transactions. They go above and beyond to make sure my transactions close. Do not hesitate to use them.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this closing attorney or their office based on our recent experience. From start to finish, the process was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. The attorney displayed a lack of decorum and made what should have been a straightforward closing far more stressful than it needed to be. Rather than facilitating a smooth transaction, the attorney created conflict, raised their voice during the closing, and treated the parties with a clear lack of respect. Judge Dana Allen and her team are amazing. They are mobile, so if you need a closing office to come to you and your client - they are the one!
