Rude customer service the employee I spoke with hung up on me when I was simply stating that Google recommended this attorneys office after she stated they only specialize in injury. She simply hung up. Krista or Crystal not customer inviting at all. Listen to the recording.
They were great from the very start. Communication was amazing. They work very fast. They were truly dedicated and top notch.
Called to get a case starting , first time doing this , lady answers and I explain I’m calling to get some information, her reply was “oookay” what’s the clients name ? They way she said oookay lease me feel like she wasn’t taking it serious . I’ll call around other places. Thank you !
