Dr Shepard, is one of the most kind, helpful doctor I've had in along time. He takes his time, ask questions and works fervently to find solutions for my health.
Dr. Shepherd has taken great care of me for several years now & the nursing staff & people at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. he is able to solve very complicated problems.
I stopped going. He doesn’t actively listen and I always had to wait for hours to get attended. I was really dreading going, so I’m glad I found a great new physician now who actually listens and understands.
The staff are friendly, supportive and professional. It's a clinic and includes an urgent care. Dr. Shepard is a very good doctor and to get ongoing OMT appointments, he suggested to book a few months in advance. He takes time with patients because he really cares and listens and answers all questions. He is excellent with osteopathic manipulation treatments and I see him regularly for these.
Dr Shepard was a fantastic doctor in the beginning. He was attentive and an active listener. He made me feel like he was truly a partner in my health. He looked me as a whole person and even though some lab values were within normal ranges and other doctors had dismissed me he decided to treat anyway. In the beginning it was a game changer for me.
