Dr Allen is very nice, explains things thoroughly and takes his time. The staff in the office is not always very friendly but I don't go there to see them. Also, his nurse can be rude/aggressive. Again, I don't go there to see her. Would like to stick with him but do wish he had a nicer support staff around him.
