Dishonest. I fell for their first scam when they disconnected my water tank due to a “fire hazard” and told me I had to pay them $3k on the spot for a new one. But when they later quoted $9k to “fix” my 4-year-old AC unit, I got suspicious. Called another company and the total came to $175.
I am so lucky that I found this plumbing company. I had a different company come out the day before, which did not fix any of my plumbing issues. We even had to have him return , before he had driven a way, because the 3rd bathroom was still not draining. Today I called Tucker Hill plumbing and they unclogged three bathrooms. We experienced a water heater issue recently. Tucker Hill technician was Matt Hill. He was on time, very Professional and explained what the failure issue of the water was in detail. Warrenty was abit short to be covered totally, however, Tucker Hill valued our long time relationship as a loyal customer and made some very generous adjustments to install a new water heater and got us up and running.
