I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I have been with this doctor since 2006 and a total knee replacement. I can't imagine having any other dr. working on my bones.
