I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I clearly stated that I authorized only one credit inquiry, but three hard inquiries were run, which negatively impacted my credit, despite my explicit request. I also came in with the understanding that the monthly payment would remain at $210, and I agreed to proceed with the credit check based on that condition. I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience with everyone here at this dealership. I leased a vehicle from them via a broker and they messed up every part of the process and 5 months later I still cannot register my car I am paying for as they did not create the title. They ignore Better Business Bureau complaints (look them up). They took my $602 for the registration and have told me they will reimburse it, yet haven't in spite of multiple follow-ups on my end.
