I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. They were super nice to me during the buying process, but as soon as I took delivery of my new car and it started having issues within the first week, they completely refused to help me. This is not what you expect when buying a brand-new car. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. God Forbid if you want to get someone one on the phone there it's a nightmare. This dealership was amazing to work with from start to finish. I had to talked to several other dealerships that were just simply inefficient and dishonest. I had the best experience at Laguna Niguel Hyundai! Yuli was absolutely amazing hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She was patient, kind, and truly cared about helping me find the perfect car without any pressure. And Bill, the manager, was just as incredible! Together they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers and love what they do.
