This is regarding the service department; we purchased a vehicle through Allen Honda this past May. Allen Honda offers free oil changes for one year (or before a certain amount of mileage). We finally took our vehicle this month to get the free oil change. Dalton gave me a call and stated that our vehicle needed some repairs. Service is always good
Kristi was excellent! The entire team was efficient and everything was handled very efficiently.
I’ve went twice to the service department and both times the people have went out of their way to make me feel at home. They are up front with pricing and let you know every step of the way how things are going with your service. They give your vehicle a wash and a vacuum on the way out the door. The service tech even walks you to your car to see you off.
