Allen Honda service department always professional and informative . Keep you up to date with progress recommended service and pricing for such . All good but swear when we bought this new car we were offered oil changes for life. Laugh out loud most be getting forgetful.
Karis and the entire team were all great at Allen Honda and treated me fairly, respectfully, and even enthusiastically without pressure. They really helped me prioritize a repair schedule that got my dad's old 2003 Element back up and running in a safe and logical way. They have established the most important thing to me in a business relationship, which is trust. That is the key for me to be a repeat customer :-)
