Careful you might get assaulted. Mr Jesse Allen might try bragging about how much money he has and pay off the cops. Jesse Allen, has been arrested twice recently for assaulting someone at a sports game and for Assaulting a store worker in Key West after being told to leave the store for calling one of the workers fat. Over 130 days without return of rental check, staff is unhelpful and constantly lying about when the check will be returned. Jesse Allen is the business owner.
Do not rent from these people. Currently trying to get our deposit back and they are not responding to requests...four months behind.
Absolutely unreachable by phone, email, text, and even in person for a future tenant. I was told there would be parking for my unit in April, and have since never heard back from them. I'm moving into my apartment in a week and there is no instruction or communication for anything. I left voicemails with Allen Homes, and the RentalsIC office VM is full. I have no confidence in RentalsIC as a landlord, as I’m in the dark with everything going on with move in. I have no confidence I will be able to move in on August 1st
Saw a few of the construction workers from this firm at Pancheros refusing to wear a mask. If they can't follow basic guidelines mandated by both the business and the city, you gotta wonder how competent they are following a blueprint or a home owner's instruction.
