What they do and what they say they are going to do is vastly different. Every single thing the salesman says he is going to do, make sure it is ALL in the contract or they will raise prices the day of install! They are more worried about saving a dollar than doing your job right or in a timely manner. Had issues with installs and had to have them come back out which took forever.
