Todd Allen is a fraud. Do not use him. My husband and I learned the hard way. It took us almost 7 months after the house was done in order to close due to subs not being paid. He robbed peter to pay Paul on our draws. Subs were late being paid or not paid at all. It was very embarrassing when subs were not getting paid on time and calling us for payment. Somehow my last review and picture got removed. Look at the one with the unfinished house. The sign said 14 months, but it also looked that way at the 16 month mark. I will not get into detail, because Allen is a master at spin talk and blaming others. Just look at the picture. It's worth 1000 words anyway. Also. Look at the 5 star reviews. The same people have multiple reviews. Do NOT use this business.

This man is a complete and utter fraud. Currently he has defaulted on multiple bills for his lumber company. He has been sued in multiple counties across the state. If by some miracle he finishes a house, you can bet there are others who have suffered. If you look his license up in LARA it appears he is trying to change his business name.
