I had to replace my furnace & a/c (2/20 & 2/21/25). I can’t recommend Allen Heating & Cooling enough! Not only did the tech arrive to my house within 2 hrs, but their sales guy arrived an hour later. He answered all of my questions candidly and honestly. My new furnace was installed the next day, and the a/c was installed as well, although they’ll finish in the Spring as it’s too cold to do in February. Our air unit was not broken but we noticed a burning smell. Allen came to repair on. Friday and they didn’t have a tool they needed. The one guy with the tool was not working. They put it back on and rescheduled for Monday. A different guy came Monday and broke the part, the new part, another part AND the housing. Now, no heat in freezing weather. I'm writing this review on behalf of my retired parents. Their furnace stopped working. The technician diagnosed the problem as a failed thermostat. The thermostat was replaced and the furnace still didn't work. My parents called Allen Heating back and received a lengthy canned answer of excuses. They then called a reputable HVAC company and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem as dirty 4th burner sensor, a dirty ignitor, and cleaned a dirty combustion blower hole and tube. Ryan was quick, honest and professional.
Paul and his workmate did an awesome job of replacing my furnace that was close to 40 years old that was limping at best. They were on time , cleaned the area and removed the old furnace. It was nice to have reliability back again. Thank you gentlemen!
