By far the worst company. The coordinators are unprofessional you barely can make ends meet with this company.
This has to be the worst of any kind of business there is. They don't even rate 1 star. The worst phone service, customer service, and workers there who you have to wonder how they got hired in the first place. I could write on and on about each issue that they never correct, if anything, they get worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone, save yourself, just look for a 5 star home care services company because you need a service like this to be very good, not very bad.
This is by far the WORST home care company I have ever dealt with as a healthcare professional and now as a patient. I had total hip replacement two weeks ago and they still have not sent a permanent aide. Excuses, absolute rudeness and lack of caring would not even come close to how BAD they are... Not only do they insult you, they blame you for their mistakes, and offer the worst level of home care ( it's insulting) ie aides who complained constantly and could not read or speak English beyond a few words. This is by far the worst company to work for. Ladies and gentlemen your better off at partners in care, sunnyside or any other company. Firstly the pay is absolute garbage, there is absolutely no full time work for any English speaking employees they lose any and all paper work, certain employees that work in the offices are dumber than a box of rocks or are just plain lazy, they are rude to Hha employees which is disgusting considering how much of the work we actually do.
