I advise you if in fact you, love your elderly family members Not to use Allen AKA Elara Caring assistance. Most girls can’t speak English & I had the mishap to encounter problems with both supervisors & home attendants They left my mom unattended for hours cause I spoke my mind to the incompetent supervisor Noemie then Iris went as far as covering up for her however she lied. My mom and i are not happy with this service at all, the aides that come to our home are rude, disrespectful and do not speak much english or creole
This place Allen health care is the worse place to come and do your hha training they very rude and they only speak spanish which is stupid cuz they should speak English unprofessional and a waste of time they mislead u with the information
