Horrible and unprofessional will Not advise anyone to go there
I have read all the reviews good and not good and I truly understand all who wrote their reviews. But I must say this agency was absolutely wonderful to me as a CDPA who took care of my mother for 5 years until she passed away in December of 2022. I have nothing but gratitude and positive things to say about my experience as a new HHA with Elara Caring! I started training in mid November of 2021 and happily certified and employed within a month. Ms. Arlene and Ms. Patricia plus office staff at the Brooklyn 98th Street location are all extremely welcoming and supportive.
