Absolutely not a person we'd recommend. Very loud, dirty, and doesn't know what he's doing. He broke several things in my apartment on his way in and out. Very disorganized with his tools. I don't think he should be doing this kind of work. You'd think he knows what he's doing from the start, but then you'd regret you'd ever hired him.
