Terrible. Will never return. My car was there two full weeks and never looked at. Numerous phone calls NEVER. Returned. Spoke to one of the managers that hung up on me. He thought I was being unreasonable. I ended up picking my car up after two full weeks of it being there and nothing done. I ended up taking it to Aamco who repaired it in 3 days. I am thinking of purchasing a new auto next year….this time it won’t be a Chevy after this horrific treatment from the service department.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I experienced at your Glendale service center on Monday, October 22, 2025. When I leased my new Equinox EV, I immediately noticed pre-existing issues: • The steering wheel was crooked and required alignment • One of the tires was leaking air Due to my schedule, I was unable to return the vehicle right away.
