I took my Suv for some warranty work. The service advisor was a guy name Christ. I went one day and they told me I had to make an appointment so I made the appointment. I went back and Christ told me that they were busy and that they couldn't check my Suv on the sameday. It's totally understandable that they were busy. So he told me he needed the Suv for one week. Absolutely inept. I took my car there for a known warranty defect and they brushed it off and said nothing was wrong. A couple of thousand miles later I had to spend over $5,000 to get it repaired at another shop. Stupidly, I took it back there for a minor issue and they had no clue on how to fix it. They tried to charge me $400 for nothing! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR CAPABLE.
Great customer service from the time I dropped my car up to the time I picked it up! I nearly got my car back. I didn’t have to wait several hours. Thanks!
