The 15,000 mile routine service of my EV was fine but the customer experience could be better. While the waiting area was clean and well lit, neither of the two computer terminals were connected to the internet, so I couldn't check my email or do anything else online the whole time. In the coffee area, no one had made any coffee and there no teabags to be found anywhere.
