I was told by his staff that blue cross blue shield allowed 2 allergy test panels with my copay. I just received a bill for over 700 dollars for these tests. I saw the actual Dr. for MAYBE five minutes, the rest of the time was spent waiting or with his assistant. Avoid this place like the plague. EDIT: In case anyone reading this is looking for an allergist who runs an honest practice, I recommend Baker Allergy, Asthma, and Dermotology in Tigard. Dr. Allen is very rude and incompetent as a Doctor. His staff is great, but he has a lot of improvement to do in the patient relations department. I would highly recommend staying away from this place! He is unprofessional, angry and all around uncaring!
I have been a patient of Dr Allen's for the last 5 years . He and his staff have been wonderful, always positive and call me by my name when I come in. I would highly recommend them! ( and my allergies are much more in control than they have ever been!)
