Lack of care It’s clear whoever manages this place does not care. The maintenance staff do their best to keep the place going but the management clearly has no responsibility to this place. They never answer the phone and are never in office.

DO NOT RENT Management will invent things to charge you for then lie to your face about it, packages get stolen often, overall just not a good place to live.

This people are piss of shit to work i was employee and they treat me like shit they didnt pay my hours and lisa and tom they treat you like shit they let one employee to go work drunk and they dont tell him anyting
Perfect Comfy aparment :) I just recently moved into a ground floor unit. The unit was completely remodeled, with all new appliances. The building is super clean and building staff is very friendly. Honestly, this was one of the smoothest moves for me. June (over at the leasing dept) was extremely helpful in helping me land the right apartment at Allen Gardens and is always available to answer any questions I may have. If there was a possibility to give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is a joke! I lived there for 4 years, was never late with my rent, and it was non stop problems. Right after I moved in the whole place flooded from the apartment above. Though, that wasn't their fault, the maintenance people that came to replace the dry wall, spackle, and repaint did a horrible job. They do not take responsibility of their own offered services I am living here with my family for 2 long years now and i have an apartment without wash and dryer. I have a laundry witin my building which is not working from almost last 4 months now. I have made several complaints about the same to society office as well as to the company where these machines belong to but no results yet. Allengardens office and maintenance jus deny to take responsibility of the same. Very very disappointed.
I couldn't be happier.... Allen Gardens is the one of the best places I have ever lived in. The apartments are spacious, the staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close by to shopping centers and the Center City Allentown, plus public transportation makes it a plus.
