She is very gentle professional and kind. Had a great experience. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family. But the reception desk is badly organized and very difficult to reach anyone, Even if you are the first caller you have to stay on hold for a long time. They are very sweet and apologize but this has happened a couple of times. Hope the Practice fixes this.. I think the Reception Desk is shared by different Practice.
Absolutely terrible experience! The front desk receptionist is so beyond rude to her patients. She claims she wasn’t being rude, but oh yes she was! Dr. Allen was rude as well and does not make you feel at ease. She does not know how to talk to her patients. I regret ever giving this office/ doctor/ staff a chance. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
I absolutely love Dr. Allen. She makes my partner and I feel so comfortable and welcome. She is professional yet personable. I could not imagine working with another doctor during my pregnancy.
Dr. Allen is truly a great doctor! I was seeing her while I was pregnant with my second baby girl and she made me feel at ease. She reminded me I gave birth to a baby before and it was nothing to stress about. She's given me my exams needed and has assured me, that I had all the information needed. My visits were always short and to the point, loved that! I'm not sure how many patients Dr. Allen has but whenever I went in, she knew my daughters names. (Kudos for remembering!) :)
