Dr. Allen provides good dental care in a very relaxed and friendly environment.I am sometimes a bit nervous about dental work , Dr. Allen answered all my questions in a clear and understandable way and quickly relived my anxiety. His office staff handles the insurance process in a very transparent and accurate fashion. I had very good care and would highly recommend Dr. Allen.
Worst Dentist I have ever been to, at first when he was giving me the shots to pull a tooth he tried shooting the numbing medicine straight down my throat. I caught it and had the hygienist duck it out. Then when extracting my tooth he drops a tool in my mouth which hurt and made me ,jump. He then tells me if you'd sit still that wouldn't happen. Mind you I was totally still til he dropped the darn thing. He also has no compassion for people without insurance or alot of money....
I was spoiled with an incredible dentist when he retired to head up the University of Utah’s new dental school. After searching for another for years, with terrible results, I found Dr Allen who has restored my faith in knowing there are other really good dentists out there. His staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also his prices are very reasonable.
We love Dr. Allen. I think he is very kind, good at putting his patients at ease, and honest. We have been going here for about 7 years now and I drive across the entire valley and pass 100 other dentists because I think his honesty and high quality work is worth it. He’s patient and talks through the process well with me and my kids. There are a lot of long time employees and I think that says a lot as well.
