Very Nice to work with These guys were so nice to my mom and dad. Dad's been promising my mom a new Cadillac for a long time and he finally made good over the weekend. I was a little worried they might have a less than pleasant experience because they are up in years so I did some research and sent my dad to Allen Cadillac. Great Reputation Ive been shopping at Allens for years, I cant imagine a more fair and non-pressure experience!! I am amazed at some of these copy-paste negative comments I read. I had to chime in and say once and for all that Allen will always be my go to place to buy a car. Experience it for yourself
Beware: Dishonest Sales Practices, Rude Customer Service Buyer beware; this company is sneaky about flagrantly over-charging for upgrades (they charge more than the going rate for the upgrade, and then don't give credit for the stock item that you're not getting because of the upgrade.) I can't believe the way they treated my family, and the rude and dismissive way Alan Cadillac's General Manager talked to my 70-year-old father after the wheel/tire "upgrade" they sold caused what could have easily been a deadly accident. Allen Cadillac Hyundia highest prices in CA In my opinion they have the highest prices in Ca.. 15988 for a used Hyundia Elantra!! They wholesale at 7000!! and other dealers ask 10,000..Then they give the bit about being a 60 year old family company!! Does that mean they have been screwing people for 60 years? The more things change the more they stay the same
Owner My name is John Lauro.I have been working with Rod Foster for over 6 years.He sold me a 2006 STS.I have it 5 years on May 15 th. I have only had wash it change the oil and put gas in it.
