We have been going to Dr. Kritzer for five years. The staff are so courteous and the office is beautifully decorated.
Great service and excellent care. Dr. Kritzer was very professional and took the time to explain everything that he was doing to me and answered all my questions.
We have been going to Allen Eyecare Since we moved to Allen from Seattle. I have never had a more professional and personal experience. I have been wearing the same style of frames for the last 30+ years and recently decided to switch. I talked to Liliana (the optician) and she helped me with everything, unfortunately the frames I got after a couple of weeks just weren't working out so I went back in, Liliana again helped me and provided absolutely amazing service and knowledge. For many years now I travel from Houston to Dallas for my annual eye exams. I make this annual trip because Dr Kritzer and the eyecare center staff are the greatest. They are friendly and professional and I get excellent care.
