Chef Allen and his team provided an amazing catered dinner for our group of 50 during our family reunion. He worked with us from the beginning, creating a fabulous dinner out of a few vague suggestions on my part ('light, fresh, summery'). Chef Paul Allen helped us celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday with a private chef experience. We had another experience nearly booked but they had to cancel the week of the event. Chef Paul came in (to the rescue) and put together an excellent and elevated menu in a very short period of time. He also happily and easily accommodated 2 last-minute additions to the party the night before. Chef Paul prepared delicious and amazing meals for us. We were a big group, and he was able to give us plenty of variety. He was a pleasure to work with.
