Front end staff were pleasant and efficient as ever providing me with quotes and making sure they had the x-rays and pictures they would need to submit a pre approval claim. A few years ago we tried another dental practice in town who appeared on our preferred insurance plan. That lasted only 1 year. We came back to Allen Dental Center based on their integrity, professional staff, and straight forward dental care. I have quite healthy teeth and found other dentists searching for any opportunity (and pressure) to add additional unnecessary services. That does not happen Allen Dental Center.
Nancy always does an excellent job taking care of my teeth.
