I had an appoint for today at 1 to 3 pm. I called at 3:20 to make sure they were still coming and the lady said they were too busy to make it today and forgot to call and tell me. She stated we will have to reschedule for tomorrow and will have to call me back to tell me what time. I asked if she was going to wave the $30 service call since we waiedt today for them and have to wait tomorrow and she would not. I told her maybe I need to call someone else and she hung up on me.
