Awesome! Excellent co-ordination of design & execution. I had to hand over complete responsibility of my house construction to Allen Design Associates, with limited budget, time and demanding excellent quality with no compromise. His designs were cost effective and showed me the door to more innovative ideas with little maintenance. Overall I am extremely happy and looking forward to join hands in more innovative endeavors.
Great services! Through the building process they were wonderful to work with. Robert always made himself available for us day and night, when we had questions or concerns. If we needed to meet at the house, the meetings took place on our schedule. Allen Design Associates employees and subcontractors alike were always courteous and helpful. Requests for changes were handled immediately.
So happy! You only get one chance to make a first impression, and Robert Allen makes sure every first impression is a great one. Whatever the budget, he can make an ordinary home look extraordinary. I would never dream of listing a home without his input.
