I initially left a 5-star review because I was happy with my experience at the dental office. Unfortunately, my experience with their billing department and customer service has completely changed my opinion. I was charged twice for the same bill. I paid the amount I owed, but one of the charges is still showing as an outstanding balance, and I continue to receive collection letters for a bill that has already been paid. The staff and Dentist are so caring. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and my daughter said she loved the environment there. Very nice and the chairs are comfortable also! We found a dentist home.
I’m always satisfied and impressed by the work that Dr.Max does on my teeth. If I ever have a problem he addresses the situation quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Allen Dental Center.
Love Allen Dental office. Their staff is kind and empathetic. They have great hours and are respectful of your time. They also cater to cowards. Great dental office!!
