The dentists and the staff are very nice and helpful. They listen to your concerns and address them promptly. Also wait time was very quick. I only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room.
You all always deserve an EXCELLENT rating. Staff is always friendly, outgoing and accomodating. Always putting the patient first and always making me feel like family ! And Dr. Steve.....well this space isn't big enough for me to put all the wonderful things I think about this incredibly talented man. I would travel to the ends of the earth to be under his watch care :)

The atmosphere are Allen Dental Center is friendly, caring and professional. For my visit today, Julia did a great job. She's very skilled, she explains everything and has wonderful people skills! The people at Allen Dental Center really do care about people and they take the time to show it!!!
Nancy always does a wonderful job, not only cleaning and checking my teeth and gums but keeping me informed on what I need to have done during my next visit. She is professional without being stuffy, I am always made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The front desk staff are just as professional and helpful with the checkin and checkout procedures. When I called for an appointment, it didn't matter that my immediate need was a minor one, I was worked right in. Upon arrival,thru checkout, I was greeted by a most professional and friendly staff.
