Everyone from the office staff, the dental asst., and Dr. Jeff were very professional. My dental process went very well.
Jeff and Steve and their staff have always gone out of their way to make our visit and treatment as painless and effective as possible. We love them and they seem to care equally for us. They will treat you with the greatest respect and care.
I had never been to this dental practice previously. I was referred by a friend. I cracked a tooth on Friday night, called the office at 8am Saturday.... they squeezed me in right away... i walked out by noon Saturday with my temporary crown in place. I still despise going to a dentist appointment bacause of the mental trauma I experienced as a child with my family dentist. My family and I have been patients of the Allen Dental center for almost 30 years and have always been pleased. My lastest appointment was for a chipped front tooth and my dentist did an excellent job of making it look exactly like it did before.
Everyone very professional and very polite.
Both of my grandkids love coming to Allen Dental Center. They ask me when their next appointment is! Everyone on the staff is terrific, so friendly and excellent in their job. They always explain what they are about to do so there are no surprises. I took both grandkids yesterday, and it was actually fun!

Everyone at the office was excellent and very welcoming for my first visit. Sara and Dr. Brad took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, I will certainly be back.
