This was Alexa's first dental appointment where she was totally comfortable. She went in without hesitation, as she was greeted in the lobby by the staff, and then she came out smiling and is ready to conquer her filling on Wed. She does not seem at all upset about the process....Thanks for taking such great care of her!!

Excellent service, professional and caring staff
Lori is my hygienist and she is so friendly, yet very professional. She explains everything and is very gentle--no pain! Dr. Brad is also very pleasant and explains everything. Everyone at this office is always so pleasant and easy to work with. They always greet me with a smile and are very friendly over the phone. They always try to work with my schedule when arranging appointments. I highly recommend Allen Dental Center!

Long time customer! Great staff and always a welcoming atmosphere. I've never walked in or out the door without someone saying more than hello or thank you! The staff makes the difference and they all do a GREAT job!
Dr. Steve and assistant Kim were able to remove, clean and re-bond my bridge in about a 1/2 hour. The actual charge was about a 1/3 of the original estimate. I was very happy with the work and the charges.
Everything went well with my appointment for a teeth cleaning. I had some issues with my gums and a treatment plan was worked out to resolve these issues with both the dentist and dental hygienist.Everything was discussed in a very positive way and the resolution was agreeable to me.
