We have been super happy with Dr. Allen. Our appointments are simple and usually quick. If the appointment is long, I love that I can drop the boys off and pick them up when they are done. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful!
My favorite orthodontics clinic. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The facility is clean and the home magazines are good to look at while waiting. I also like how future appointments are scheduled out in advanced and you receive reminders.
Unfairly high prorated charges! Initially, we were pretty happy with Allen Orthodontics, it offered about the same prices just like anywhere else, plus and good appearance of this business was attractive. However, now I see how Allen Orthodontics is more concerned with taking your money than caring for you! We received PCS orders shortly after signing a contract for my son in November 2018.
