Chef Greg is a fantastic family chef at a very reasonable price. My husband and I have him come to our home once a week and prepare five lunches for us to take to work during the week. He also creates a beautiful hot dinner each week that is ready and waiting for us when we get home from a long day at work. We are trying to eat nutritious, low carb meals and he has prepared 10 weeks of meals that meet our restrictions. Last night my sweetie hired Greg to cook my birthday dinner. This was a genuine surprise. She couldn’t have planned anything better knowing how much I like a fine, five-star meal. The menu: Pan seared scallops on a bed of wilted spinach with roasted pine nuts, buttery rice pilaf and pan roasted asparagus. We hired Chef Greg to cook for my 34th birthday party. His appetizers were outstanding, and his BBQ was a hit. We will certainly be requiring his talent again in the future as I enjoy talking with friends instead of slaving over a stove/grill. Chef Greg was also very social-able, and he blended right in with the group.
I have attended both intimate dinner parties and larger social gatherings where Chef Greg has prepared and served meals for various groups of friends. Chef Greg is always well prepared, knowledgeable, and eager to share information regarding various aspects of the food preparation process and execution. Everything from the appetizers to the desert is always outstanding in both taste and quality. He has superior standards which you will see in everything he prepares. I would highly recommend Chef Greg for your next event.
