I drove a dear friend of mine here to secure his apartment with a new lease he then signed and afterwards came the showing of what he'd be calling home in the near future. Very spacious living area throughout the entire apartment. The Mgr is Miss Thomas and she's wonderful with the elderly.
I brought a dear friend of mine to see this place he'd been so excited about inorder to pay his deposit and first months rent before ever seeing his new living space. I was appalled by the urine smell and the bathroom facilities were in the worst shape possible and the floor was damaged and filthy. No hand soap or towels which is very unsanitary. I spoke with one of the residents and asked about the condition of her apartment and she said they don't clean the carpet before you move in and there's absolutely nothing for these... read more
This place obviously doesn’t care about its elderly and handicapped residents. It’s a two story building with only one elevator and it has been broken for over a month forcing those who can barely walk to navigate steps. Housing authority has received several complaints
