these people are scammers. They assess the valuse of your house and property without even looking at it and raise your taxes. they claim our house value went up 49,500.00 since last year. Its a 1993 double wide mobile home and mobile homes dont go up in value. We even tried to trade this mobile home in for a new one and they said it wasnt even worth the cost of fuel to haul it out.
