Absolutely terrible!!! I think Ed hires his tax prep staff in the parking lot of 7-11. I had them do my 2017 and 2018 returns, they jacked up 2017 and Ed said he'd pay the IRS penalty, that was the last I heard from him or his office. They didn't pay anything, didn't verify my 2018 return to see if it was also incorrect, and won't return any calls or emails. I believe in allowing people to correct mistakes, it happens, but I don't forgive lack of integrity!
Overall very poor communication. Charged more than agreed and was non-responsive when we tried to get them to correct it. Cashed our check weeks ago but sent no confirmation of filing our taxes...I still don’t know if the job has been completed. Failed to catch a notable inconsistency between 2016 & 2017 numbers. Emailed our personal tax return to the members of our LLC. I could go on...

Ed and his team are great! Ed is extremely knowledgable about what he does and has helped me tramendously in consulting me on buying a building as my business grows.
Terrible! Emailed our return, along with the password to open it to the wrong email! Terrible at returning calls. Won't finish your return until you bug his office. Would not recommend.
