Allen did amazing job for us. We used him to buy and sell…He knows the market and advised and advocated appropriately throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Idaho market!!
This review is based on my personal experience. Back in 2021, I referred a client to Allen Cofield. Later, when he started his own firm, he continued working with that client. Unfortunately, my overall experience working with him was disappointing, and I would not choose to work with him again. Despite Allen claiming he didn’t know me, I have an email from him dated August 27, 2021, where he thanked me for the referral and confirmed he would take care of my leads.
We had an amazing experience working with Allen as first-time homebuyers using the VA loan. He made the entire home buying process feel incredibly easy, keeping everything on track and ensuring there were no delays. Whenever there was a potential issue, Allen was right on top of it, resolving them quickly and efficiently. Thanks to his dedication, we were able to move into our new home in under 30 days—Allen definitely has our highest recommendation!!
Just finished our second time refinancing with Allen. Both times have funded without issues and within impressive time. Allen provides exception communication throughout the process and has great relationships with all vendors within the process. Will be looking to work with Allen again for our next house.
