@ jeffh9462, I have not ever used Ms Allen, but when I received my SS disability in California, that was the exact way my attorney talk to me during the first phone call, and my reaction was pretty much the same as yours. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Cheyenne, JeffH9462. My experience was TOTALLY different. She not only got my disability, but got me a retroactive settlement in 5 figures! Furthermore, she and her assistant were willing to see me afterward and answer questions I had regarding various issues. I recommend her! Russell H
If you are looking for a disability attorney, keep looking. This is not the one you need OR want. I called about a case, and instead of listening to me, she grilled me about my case and my disability and proceeded to ask me "what are you going to say when a judge asks you about your disability?". Excuse me? Isn't this why I am looking for legal representation? This lady has no class, hung up on me in mid sentence or we were disconnected. Either way she didn't call back.
