I wouldn’t recommend this place to buy a vehicle
Leased my first vehicle and it was an easy process. Josh Kimbrell made everything so simple and understandable and gave me the best price possible. Went through everything with me step by step and made the whole process as easy as possible with a smile on his face, you can tell he really cares about his customers. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have him as my salesmen and to choose Allen Chevrolet to make my purchase. I highly recommend Allen Chevrolet and Josh Kimbrell!
Worst experience I have ever had buying a truck. I came in on a Thursday to test drive a used 2021 Silverado 2500, the truck was great and showed no lights on the dash. I took the weekend to make my decision and came back in Monday to buy. I signed all of the papers and even turned in my truck to them which was a 2021 Silverado 1500 with zero issues. Once the paperwork was finished the sales guy pulled the truck up for me and the “Service: low battery” light was flashing. They did replace the battery for me for free but the ... read more
We just got a car from Allen Chevrolet. We had Ethan Becerra as our sales representative. He was very delightful to work with. He answered all our questions, was very polite and easy to work with. He was super helpful and informative. Definitely recommend him.
The easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had. Extremely satisfied with the customer service, process, and the car itself. AJ was amazing would 10/10 recommend this place!
