Brought my car in for service 4 weeks ago; dropped it off at 9am, didn’t hear from anyone all day. Starting calling around 2:45 for an update and was told someone would call me right back. 3:30, I call again and was advised that it’s ready for pickup. Let me tell you why I only rated one star. I took my car in for some minor repairs 2 months ago, brought my car home and two weeks later I noticed my covers are missing from inside my hood. I called to get my covers back and the dealer ship told me to bring in my car so I did. They kept it for 5 days just to tell me someone threw away, 3ft×2ft cover(which i don't believe). Total professionalism! Answered all my questions thoroughly and was able to take a nice test drive of vehicle before deciding to purchase. Worked with us to come up with a finance plan that fit our budget as well as an excellent tutorial of the new vehicle!
Quick and reasonably priced
Service department holds your vehicle hostage repairing everything but what you brought it in for. In the meantime they don't listen to anything you tell them and you can NEVER get a hold of anyone in charge. They never return calls and it seems like when you show up to speak with a manager they can not find the person. Already had to spend $1000 and the problem STILL isn't fixed. Find an honest dealership....if that is even possible.
