John started off wonderful he is amazing at design… However he dropped the ball on installation and actually took off with a piece to my oven which I found out was cut 1/4 inch incorrectly on the most expensive piece of cabinetry in the kitchen… He never returned the bottom grill on my Viking oven… I am still very upset… I should have written this much earlier...Buyer beware
