I have been using Allen Brown Heating And Cooling for years. Top notch company, not the company to try and sell you things you don't need. Honest business.
Waited 3 months for an installation. Not even one year later the unit is malfunctioning and can’t get an appointment for service while it’s under the pitiful one year warranty for parts and labor. It’s 79 in my house despite my unit being set at 74. Don’t buy an energy efficient unit. Just keep your old one and stay comfy. These new ones either suck, or are installed wrong.
