My husband bought a carrot cake here on the way home to PA. It was by far the very best carrot cake I’ve ever had, bar none. I wish I lived closer! I’d gain 50 lbs. eating it every week. The ingredients are so basic; the taste so out of this world. Thank you for making this.
What a fabulous place and a most amazing staff! Last week I ran in literally at closing time - I wanted coffee for the morning... I shared with the woman behind the counter that it was ok if they were closed... Not only did she help me, she even grabbed a few of their incredibly flaky raspberry turnovers from the back that I hoped to have that weren’t in the front case! My staff that comes up from NY lives it too for their tasty breakfast & lunch specials! Highly recommend!
Been eating Breakfast & Lunch here almost every day for two weeks. Great Pastries, Coffee, Hot Lunch choices, Kombucha - which in retrospect is easy but the people here make the difference! So friendly, accommodating & fun. You made a couple of guys from NY feel like we were a regular for years and lived in the neighborhood.
Craft beer selection is top notch !! Foley Brothers, upper pass, Lawson's, Lost Nation. Simply put some of Vermont best craft beers which you can mix a 4-pack of.
On our way to our yearly family ski weekend in Vermont and this is always a Rest Stop to pick up food. Best homemade cookies, pies, breads ...all amazing! The donuts are also the best !! �
Your donuts, Mac n cheese & jalapeño poppers are great...but we tried your chocolate cake tonight...it's amazing! Any chance you'd share your recipe? Pretty please!
Love Love love Allen Bros. Our son tuned us in to this place..he has gone for lunch several times and brought home wonderful berries this past summer. Always friendly, always fresh. We always stop on our way up to his school. Highly recommended.
