I’m a truck driver making a delivery for the first time. A little wait for two trucks ahead of me but they finished them quickly. Got the door and they began unloading immediately. The part that upsets me the most is driving through Philadelphia with a 53’ plus tractor trailer.
Worst service ever no communication at all. After I wrote this review they deleted my account because they don't like honest review
So before my order even shipped, they modified it to take out one of the items I had ordered. Okay. Out of stock. Sure. But the delivery date was set 2 and a half weeks in advance. I received the confirmation of the shipping and it's getting delivered a day after it's supposed to arrive. When I called to confirm, the person over the phone said they missed the cutoff time for UPS and they could MAYBE refund the shipping. I paid almost $40 for them to ship on the right date and they could MAYBE refund it. Like what a joke. I w... read more
