Greatttt shop . Tyy Important note for anyone reading reviews , this location has multiple businesses operating on the same property. Allen auto repair , one I worked with, actually rents space to others, and some of the bad reviews floating around are really for those other tenants not him . It’s unfair cause I was confused. Tbh he’s running a solid trustworthy business and cares about doing right by his customers.
All cheap work. All money will be wasted Not liking to see my car now. Owner doesn’t even pick call after work. Do not trust him. A BIG NO TO THIS GUY and shop
Allen Auto has amazing customer service, they went above and beyond, they helped me get my car off the side of the road and then repaired it by next day. When I needed to take it back, they made sure everything was working and I got an estimate from them. I will 100% be returning for future maintenance and recommending them to family and friends!!
