I went in for a hearing test (which was free, by the way), fully expecting that I'd need hearing aids because of my poor hearing. It turned out that my hearing is not great, but does not require hearing aids. The doctor could have easily sold me a product that I don't need, but she was honest and up front, advising that the benefits would not override the drawbacks. I am very impressed with the honesty and professionalism!
I have been going to AllenAudio for more than 10 years. I had other hearing aids, but was not happy with the service. I was referred to AllenAudio by a friend. I have been very happy with the service I received from Doug and his staff. When I hear people that bought from other places for much cheaper prices I ask who services your hearing aid? I’m disappointed with them, they’re not accepted at all medicaid and medicare insurance.
Allen Audiology is the best. They strive to get you the best experience no matter what it takes. They are very accessible and empathetic with your issues. Everyone there really cares, and that's so special these days.
