I moved into my condo community in 2011. The management company at the time was unresponsive and sloppy with their work. I have heard similar stories by other owners in multiple property locations and assumed this was the norm for property management companies and I’d just have to deal with it. Terrible with how they budget money and the HOA dues. I’d stay away.
Allen Associates are THE best property management company out there. Our condo association has had two other PM companies -- there is no comparison. Allen came in about 3 years ago and turned our whole community around - they are responsive and thorough and KNOW what they are talking about. We had so much deferred maintenance and unhappy residents - Allen came in and turned that right around!
