Allen Associates are THE best property management company out there. Our condo association has had two other PM companies -- there is no comparison. Allen came in about 3 years ago and turned our whole community around - they are responsive and thorough and KNOW what they are talking about. I've never met Allen but his associates zero helpful
I’ve lived in my community for 24 years. In those 24 years, Allen Associates is by far the best management company we’ve had. They are respectful of the residents of our community and responsive to problems of the residents. I highly recommend Allen Associates.
I am grateful to Allen Associates for the tenacious way they attacked the issues left behind by the former management company. It was rough the first year, but they have "righted the ship" and are on top of the issues that had nearly ruined our association reputation.
