Great customer service from Scott who came to my house and helped me out extremely thank you so much
The office staff were friendly and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. When the tech arrived, he was also very friendly and answered all my questions. He completed the work in no time at all and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It's great to have a working garage door again. A+ job all around.
Great service. Technician called ahead, was on time, was very polite, and got the job done quickly. The service call all by itself is a little spendy but at this point in my life I'm willing to spend a little extra to get a job done right.
Unfortunately he was very rude to very unprofessional he wasat the house 5 minutes open a door and he told me something is wrong to motor and I say could you tell me he ask can I call him I said sure my wife is going to get the phone and he get Mad close a ladder and left, no social distances violate there was no personal contact, this is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, was it because of my race? or was it because he was just simply having a bad morning? Had a couple garage doors replaced a few years ago. Realize the doors and rollers that was installed are cheap materials. Garage door does NOT open/close smoothly. I would not recommend.
