**** and all the employees at Allen AC have always done a terrific job for me. From yearly maintenance to minor fixes to getting a whole new unit I have never had one problem with them. They are polite, on time, professional, friendly and honest. Cost and speed of service are top notch.

Rick J**** and his team did a great job. They were courteous and professional. We were away during the installation of the new HVAC equipment and Rick sent us photos and status reports throughout the day. They sell one of the best systems in the market at a great price.

If anyone needs or knows anyone who needs a new A/C or Air Handler done, make sure you call the guys who installed our unit. He is THE BEST!!! Last call we made was to Rick for an estimate on a remodel and much needed laundry vending equipment for our newly purchased rv park and outdated laundromat. Provider got insulted, after having received the bid to do the work, found out I had bid out job to others and then declined to do the work. Feel provider lied (that I tried to buy equipment to install myself???) to not just do the work. Remember this is after he has the job. All providers were told when they showed up to give written quote that I was gathering bids and were given the same requirement/spec sheet. Would not recommend using this provider at all. Your just wasting your time.

Best ac repair in Rockport TX by far. They are fast friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They helped us find the right ac unit and at a price we could afford. The install process was very clean and they were careful. Good work and service.
